Renter’s room is a private den area w/ window and easy access to the balcony. The den room is sectioned off for privacy. It is furnished with a wall-mounted TV, twin bed, tall bookcase, nightstand, drapes, and PAX wardrobe units.

Amenities include a swimming pool, rec room, small gym, and elevator. Laundry facilities on premises are pay per load. Parking is available in subterranean unmarked stalls or visitor unmarked stalls.

I am a hospital professional, and also a full-time student, so I will be absent for approximately 65% of the week. I am a chill woman who is kind, confident, caring, and most of all - sleepy! I am Always trying to catch up on sleep. All I ask is that you keep the noise level decent if I’m asleep, and please don’t keep old food or piled up dishes anywhere.

I prefer to share a living space with a student or professional who is just as busy as myself.
