Our condo is located up one flight of stairs to a one-level 1200 sq ft condo, at end of building- no neighbors above! Skylights give a natural daylight to our cozy home. Relax, Live, Cook; Full access to shared common areas. Interior-Laundry: Large capacity Washer & Dryer, Large refrigerator, designated pantry cabinet spaces - plenty of room, plus microwave, toaster-oven/air fryer, etc. Big screen TV in living room for cable movies/sports channels. Enjoy a NEW Propane Patio BBQ and love seat to take in the sea breeze.

Preferably, we are looking for another professional working person (male or female) to match in age range 22-45’s; who is also easy-going, respectful, independent, and respectful of each other's late or busy schedules & routines, to match. Not looking for all night crazy parties. (In other words we go out to party but don't bring it home.) No drama here; keeping it a peaceful & quiet home to enjoy.
