Amazing House, Amazing Roommate needed to share beautiful HB home near beach w/ 2 other great roommates. MASTER BEDROOM + MASTER BATHROOM ATTACHED AVAILABLE. Looking for a responsible, friendly, courteous long-term roommate to share a 4-bed, 3-ba home. Home is on a nice cul-de-sac street near shopping, parks & the beach. We are easy-going and want another similar person to share the home. Great neighborhood to live in! Rent is $1,200 per month, and utilities are NOT included in this price. Utilities will be split equally amongst all roommates each month. We have a cleaning person twice a month, and your private room and private bathroom will be cleaned as well. The deposit runs $1,200 but can be broken into 3 or 4 monthly payments to ease move-in costs. Cable is ready in your room! (Utilities run approximately an additional $200 per month.) The family room features a huge TV, perfect for viewing games, etc. A brand-new washer and dryer are also provided, along with all major appliances. Wonderful location close to shopping, dining, freeways, and BEACH! Easygoing current roommates; quiet home; full house privileges. You will feel like this is YOUR home too...not like you are renting a room!
