Preferably, we are looking for another professional working person (male or female) to match in age range 24-50’s; who is also easy-going, respectful, independent, and respectful of each other's late or busy schedules & routines, to match. Not looking for all night crazy parties. (In other words we go out to party but don't bring it home.) No drama here; keeping it peaceful & quiet. NON-Smoking or Vaping of any sorts, NON-Alcoholic, and a DRUG-FREE environment. Previous roommates have lived here 6 mos. to 4 yrs; It's a secured positive community/environment.
