Hi, I’m Chad, 4-year Huntington Beach local and CSU Chico grad working professionally in the area. I’m looking for a responsible and clean roommate starting July 1st. Condo is under mile to the beach, nearby HB Pier/Main St. I work 9-5 during the week, love going out for a drive, motorsports of all kinds, and enjoy a clean, respectful home. Not a party house, but down for a beer or chat!
