Your room has one LARGE walk-in closet and an additional closet! The pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by 7 waterfalls and a large duck pond. The best part is you can view it all from the patio deck. It’s like you’re always on vacation! Oh, did I mention the gym, tennis courts and dog park too? Utilities included! Electricity, internet, tv, gas, water, trash, use of appliances, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Reserved parking spot. Also, I am only home 3-4 days a week. 😊

About me: I am a calm, easy going guy. I have been an elementary school teacher for 28 years. I enjoy bike riding, going to the beach, and good food! Flexibility, cooperation, compromise, and communication are my keys to success! I look forward to meeting you!
