Home is a beautiful house in Huntington off Brookhurst and Adams with an open parking spot in the driveway, big backyard(we're open to dogs or cats, as long as you keep tidy and clean up after them) home gym, pool table, sauna, outdoor and indoor fireplace, etc.
It's a 5 bedroom house, my friend and his girlfriend are moving out next week(we previously split the house) so looking to have some roommates to help cover rent. When they move out it will just be me, Cory,(26 year old guy) and my 14 year old little sister Abby(I'm her legal guardian and take care of her full time) and Sky(22 year old female)
I'm looking for female roommate specifically because my sister being safe and comfortable is my #1 priority and I am not going to have some random guy/s move in.
I own a couple local businesses that keep me more than busy, I work from home(one of the rooms is my office). I'm up before sunrise ever morning for a surf before I start work. My sister is an absolute sweetheart and as mellow and enjoyable as a 14 year old girl could ever be.
