The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one of which would be exclusively yours unless we had guests, which I almost never do), a large living room with fireplace, a den with fireplace, kitchen and separate dining room. Parking is available in the driveway or the street without restriction. It has a backyard with real grass and patio under a pergola.
I am renting the bigger guest room for $1499/mo., including all utilities and WIFI (no extra costs). The room is a reasonably good size. Fits a queen bed well. The closet is average size. Has an oversized window with great natural light.
