This is an owner-occupied house (me) with one other housemate; I am gone half the month for work, so you'll often have the place to yourself/yourselves. We're very chill, friendly, active, and flexible...seeking same in roomies.
About the place. It's a "wow" location. Literally across the street and mere steps from the beach, with 360 unobstructed views of ocean, wetlands, and mountains (all attached photos taken from the rooftop deck) on world famous Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach.

The room has vaulted ceilings, open and airy, facing wetlands and sunset, very serene and comfortable.
Rooftop deck with fire pit, day-bed for suntanning, fully equipped kitchen, in-house washer/dryer, private parking spot. Clubhouse, pool, gym. An absolutely gorgeous place... looking for an active and busy, easy- going person with great energy.
Utilities are extra but only around $75/mo for Super High Speed Internet/WiFi, Gas, Electric, Water, Trash.
