Room for rent in Huntington Beach Townhouse

Hello!

We have one large room open in our two-story townhome in Huntington Beach. Base rent is $1,200 per month before utilities and $1,400 afterwards. It's a large townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a patio.

About us:

We're two very down to earth, drama free guys in our 30's. We work hard, and are very lowkey in general as we're both very busy with school and work, but we still find time to kick it a every now and then. We're completely drama free and are very easy to get along with.

All we want is a chill, reliable roommate.
I'm passionate about music and work in the restaurant industry, and the other guy loves working out and doing outdoor activities, and studies cyber security.

Our lease ends in 3 months and we're going month to month after that until we figure out what we want to do, so this option has a lot of flexibility.
