This is a private condo owned by a really kind landlord who lives in a nearby unit. I have been leasing this space for two years and love it and the quiet, cozy community.

I have severe allergies and cannot room with a smoker or a standard cat. My landlord has a weight restriction for dogs over 7 lbs. I also utilize the kitchen to make all my meals.

I work full-time and am away from the apartment 7 a. m. - 6 p. m. Tues - Thurs. My primary hobbies are video games, D&D, reading, writing, and art, so I tend to be fairly quiet outside of D&D on Sunday evenings.
