Short term welcomed. One story Huntington Beach house in a peaceful neighborhood with a park and neighborhood watch.(NOT AN APARTMENT).. Smoke and drug free non party house for an easy going stress free renter. Abundance of street parking and backyard for bike and skateboard and chair and potential BBQ. A mile to the mall and Bella Terra and the 405 freeway and a couple to the beach. Someone easy going , non confrontational and friendly with a stable income welcomed absolutely. Unfortunately not a party house more relaxed and laid back. Shared internet split with utilities. Backyard yes terrace no. Street parking is always beyond plentiful. Shared Dining room no accessible living room and Full kitchen access with available cabinet and refrigerator space available for you. As well as several large shelves to use in the restroom Space in the backyard for bicycle, chair, etc. Plenty of parking in an all house neighborhood. Internet shared with the utilities scenario.
