SHARED FURNISHED ROOM is $750 per month for each person for 2-3 people max in room or single room is $1500 per month for 1 person in room. There is also a smaller room occupied by 1 male who is looking for someone to share room with for $690 per person. Utilities are $40-$70 each person, which includes WiFi, in a CLEAN apartment in HUNTINGTON BEACH with POOL, JACUZZI, GYM. Sorry NO PETS, SMOKING OR VAPING. $700-$1000 deposit each person, credit check required prior to moving in, but not necessary for viewing. There are 2 roommates currently, 1 male and 1 female. Bathroom may be shared with 1-2 males, but there are 2 more bathrooms with showers by pool.
