Located in a gated community close to Garden Grove Blvd & Beach Blvd. Just 5 minutes away from major supermarkets, H-Mart, Walmart, Costco, Target, In-N-Out, endless options for dining and entertainment!

15 minutes away: Disneyland, Huntington Beach Pier, Sunset Beach, South Coast Plaza, John Wayne Airport (SNA), and Long Beach Airport (LGB).

Easy freeway access: FWY 405, 22, 5, 57, 55, and 91.

Close to universities/colleges: GWC, CSULB, OCC, CSUF, UCI, and IVC.

Lease Term: 6-month minimum contract.

Included Utilities: Wi-Fi, water/electricity, washer, dryer, and shared refrigerator.

Bathroom: Private half-bath (toilet/sink); shared shower/tub with another tenant.

Basic furniture included (bed, desk), plus a spacious (5x5) walk-in closet. You can bring your own.

You’ll be sharing a peaceful, well-maintained home with a live-in male landlord. Looking for a friendly, respectful, and financially stable single student or working professional who values a clean, quiet environment. Best suited for light cooking and a low-maintenance lifestyle.

Quiet hours respected; no parties, drugs, or overnight guests.

Minimum 6-month lease. Background check and proof of income required. Will consider shorter term for the right individual with adjusted rent.
