Location:
Conveniently located in the Koreatown area of Garden Grove, near Little Saigon, Disneyland, and the 22 Freeway. Easy access to all major Orange County hotspots and beaches.

Living Situation:
I’ll be living in one of the rooms, so I’ll be nearby if anything needs attention. Looking to keep the house comfortable, respectful, and easygoing for everyone.

The Reality (Please Read):
- Backyard construction will be ongoing for approximately 5–6 months
- Work hours are Monday–Friday, and occasionally Saturdays, from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- No backyard access during this time
- Some daytime noise should be expected

Who This Is Best For:
Ideally looking for easygoing roommates with a typical weekday schedule (9–5) to minimize the impact of construction noise.

House Vibe & Rules:
- Chill, respectful environment
- Shared living space for hanging out if you’re social, but privacy is respected
- No smoking
- Drinking is fine in moderation
- No parties
- Occasional overnight guests are okay—just keep it reasonable

Pets:
- A medium size Labramix will be provided with the house. He’s people friendly and low key, but isn’t comfortable with other dogs(Covid puppy). He won't be here 100% of the time and when he is he'll be kept in the room unless roommates are cool with him lounging around the shared living spaces.

If you’re looking for a clean, well-located place and are okay with some temporary construction in exchange for a good setup, this could be a great fit.
