Looking for roomate; Garden grove

Hello potential new roommate!

Rent is $900 a month before utilities. No pets preferred. Looking for someone who is good is keeping their space clean, and is okay with living with people who are mostly active during the late PM hours. Please be respectful and polite. ❤️ The previous tenant that just moved out had all the furniture here, so I'm currently working to refurnish the apartment. I'm planning to make the space very inviting comfy for everyone to have the ability to be a part of the space. I have guests over every once in a while to play board or video games, and watch TV, but for the most part we're both busy with work/school and keep to ourselves. Being an anime/EDM nerd is a plus! All genders welcome to check it out

Tenancy has been passed down for 10 years, So I'm currently working on having the landlords replace the carpets before the 1st and maybe do some repainting before the 1st of April

Open parking for complex; if they fill there are close parking spots across the street.
