The new ideal tenants would have to be clean, respectful, responsible, considerate, communicative, and either be working professionals or graduate students with steady income. The house is located in a peaceful, safe and quiet neighborhood.

*Rent: $850/month + Utilities (~$100-150/month) + $1,550
Security deposit (this is higher than typical because we’ve been locked into this lease for 4+years for long commitment). 1 Year lease.
*Parking: 3 cars can fit in our driveway and plenty of street parking right next to the house
*The space: You’ll have your own private bedroom (Unfurnished), shared bathroom with 2 other tenants, and shared common spaces through the house.
*Location: The house is located in Garden Grove next to the 22 FWY.
