Condo- room, private bathroom-all access

Hi! I’m currently renting a 2 bedroom condo. Looking for a roommate for the 2nd bedroom. Bedroom has decent size closet with mirrored sliding doors. Room has large window. The full size bathroom is across from the room. Condo has washer and dryer, heat, AC, close parking, quiet area, gated community. Landlord just put in new floors and everything is new in kitchen: new countertops, recess lighting, new stainless steel appliances. Must love animals. Must get along with my small 14lb dog. I work hybrid. No smoking or drugs. Social drinking fine. Must have a job. Must be clean, willing to clean up after yourself and keep condo in same condition as when moved in. Must be respectful of my area and sleep time, as I will be respectful of yours. I’m very considerate of people and their belongings. I’m trusting and looking for someone who is. I do like to stay home on weekends and I also like to go from time to time. I’m pretty chill. Just want a cool, chill, clean, respectful person as a roommate. (Serial killers need not apply) 😀 if it works out the time of rental could be longer. Pets okay if potty trained and gets along with my dog. Also landlord would need to agree to another pet. (Don’t see that being a problem).
