2 separate rooms for rent in nice and safe neighborhood located in Garden Garden off the 22 freeway and Beach blvd. I have 2 separate bed rooms for rent, each room is $880. Room 1 currently has a white desk that will be removed. Room 1 has glass closet sliding doors with a moderate size closet. Room number 2 has a full desk, cabinets and moderate closet. Bed will be removed once rented out. Room number 2 has a sliding door that leads to an out door patio and back yard. Rooms will have to share a family shared restroom. Limited kitchen use. Home is inhabited by my self, fiance and mother. My fiancé works from home and will be present at all times along with my mother. We are searching for a female college students preferably. No couples per room, no children and no pets. The house is located 7.5 miles from CSULB and 9.5 miles from CSUF. Rent will include utilities and internet. This is the perfect room for a student who needs a cheap and convenient room. My fiancé and I are CSULB alumni who understand the need for a safe environment for schooling!
