There’s a parking space available as well. It’s a gated community. Our house is 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 2800 sq ft. Washer/dryer in unit. My friend and I use rooms on the 3rd fl. Kitchen/living is on 2nd fl. We’re both in our 30’s and we have one cat he’s friendly. Room will be available end of March and need someone for long term.
