I am renting out 1 room in a 3-story 3 bedroom 3 bath single-family residence. Located in Garden Grove, CA The beach, Disneyland, Santa Ana Airport, and 22 Freeway are just minutes away.

Built in 1998, the house is in a nice gated community with access to a saltwater pool and spa. The tri-level house features a spacious living room/kitchen separated out on the second floor with a private patio. It has a small front yard with fruit trees. It also has an attached garage with some additional storage.

Tenant will have their own shelf in the fridge/freezer and access to all sharable living areas. Utilities included as well as high-speed internet and a washer/dryer.

$1,100 per month. Single Bedroom located on floor 1. Features its own private unattached bathroom. Separated by 2 floors from the other rooms, it is like its own small apartment. Parking is a little rough. 9 days overnight are allowed in the community per 30 days, though you can park until you get a warning. More parking is available anytime across the street.

Roommate Preferences: Recent first-time homeowner looking for roommates/possible future friends. Surfer/snowboarder/gamer. I work a professional job and love to game and hang out with friends at night. I live an active lifestyle and spend the weekends in Big Bear or the beach. I have a 1-year-old cat named Wrigley that is extremely friendly. An active volunteer in the community.
