We’re three sisters in our 40s sharing a small 4-bedroom ADU in Fullerton, and one of our roommates recently moved out. We’re looking for a clean, tidy, responsible, considerate, and communicative person who would enjoy being part of a peaceful, respectful home.

We are LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and value a welcoming, inclusive, community-minded household. We handle conflicts thoughtfully without involving law enforcement.

The Room:
*109 sq. ft.
*Private closet
*Window blinds and curtain
*$1,100/month

*$1,000 security deposit
*Twin bed available, or bring your own furniture and we’ll remove the bed
*Shared kitchen and bathroom

The House:
We’re pretty relaxed and want everyone to feel comfortable at home while being respectful of each other’s space.
The bathroom closest to the room is shared with one other person.

In the kitchen, you’ll have your own space in the refrigerator and pantry. We’re also happy to share food if you’d like—the three of us sisters regularly share with each other. If you’d rather keep your food separate, that’s completely fine too!

🚭 Smoking & Pets
No smoking inside the house. If you smoke, you’re welcome to smoke in the alleyway.
No pets, please.

🚗 Parking:
Because of overnight parking restrictions, you’ll need to park about half a block away overnight to avoid getting ticketed. I’m happy to walk you through the parking situation and show you exactly where to park.
The upside is that this is a very walkable and bike-friendly area, so having a car isn’t necessarily essential.
