The available bedroom is located on the third floor and includes its own private full bathroom, giving you plenty of privacy and your own personal space. It also has its own private access on the outside should you wish to use that. Front door & living room is fully accessible & usable by all tenants.

We are also located walking distance away from a police station so the neighborhood is safe & regularly patrolled.

About the roomies:

Currently it is two males living in the apartment age 27 & 28. We’re two working professionals who enjoy a clean, respectful, and relaxed home. We like to keep the common areas tidy and appreciate roommates who communicate well and are considerate of shared spaces. While everyone has their own routines, we’re friendly and enjoy having a comfortable place to come home to. We’re very easy going and open to all types & routines.
