One bedroom could become a shared office for an additional $700/month. Then the bathroom would be all yours!
Bedrooms are 10.5’x11’ and 10.5’x11.5’.
No couples or part-time significant others please.
An extra mattress and frame if you need one.

All utilities included plus a monthly cleaner. A/C, heat, washer/dryer in garage. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. Full access and use of the house, including garage and yard.
Tenant will be expected to pick up after themselves in common areas.

I recently purchased the home, so still getting organized and purchasing furniture for the place. Have the necessities and all kitchen appliances. More upgrades to come! I work a lot and get up pretty early on the weekdays.
This isn’t a party house or the spot for people to hang out. I like to keep it mellow and quiet. Occasional things are fine just give me a heads up and make sure to clean up after your guests.

I have two labradors so you’ll have to be comfortable and good with animals. They are incredibly friendly and will become fast friends. If you have pet allergies, it would probably not be the ideal situation for you. Pets will be considered, but they’ll have to get along with my dogs.

Very nice neighborhood and all the neighbors are very friendly. It’s a 12 minute walk to Chapman/Harbor if you want to go out in downtown and a 4 minute bike ride to Fullerton Loop.
