I have a private room available for rent for $680. Currently all students live in the house. I am looking for clean, responsible (pays the bill on time), respect and friendly roommates to live in the house. Students/young professionals preferred. No pets, no sm#king, no party can be allowed. The rent is $680.00. monthly including all utilities except electricity (plus one month security deposit). You may start the lease anytime now. I require a year lease.
