I'm looking for someone to TAKE OVER MY LEASE at Alight Fullerton!!

Please, preferably FEMALE college students. I do not want any men to be sharing a space with my current roommates.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. This is a double occupancy apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lease runs from now until July 24, 2024. The bedroom and community areas will be shared.

Alight Fullerton is ideal for CSUF students who prefer the convenience of living off-campus while remaining within walking distance of school. It takes roughly 5-7 minutes to walk to the CSUF campus (depending on your pace). It's convenient because you won't have to deal with the annoying college campus parking structures or pay for a parking permit. Alight is also 1.9 miles from Fullerton College, which is around a 5-minute drive.

The unit is located on the highest floor, the 4th floor, in a quiet corner right near one of the elevators for easy access.

The apartment is fully furnished with a Twin XL bed, a huge desk, and four drawers under the bed. Your room will include your own bed, desk, huge closet, sink, and cabinet space. The living area features a couch, coffee table, TV stand, and television. One of my roommates has a Roku connected to the TV as well. There is a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the main pool.

Two pools, a gated parking structure, two gyms, pool table/game room, clubhouse/movie room, quick maintenance, mailbox, and study rooms with free printer access and couches are among the amenities. The apartment includes air conditioning/heating and in-unit laundry. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator, as well as one (big) pantry shelf.

The second bedroom contains two more girls, and the room will be shared with one other girl. Everybody is kind and welcoming. All of us are POC. I'd love to get to know anyone who is interested; I want to make sure you and my roommates are a good match!!
