Student Housing Shared Room/Bath CSUF

!!Desperately looking for someone to SUBLEASE/TAKE OVER MY LEASE at Alight Fullerton!!

Women and college students preferred.

I am searching for someone to take over my lease, but if two people to take over the lease with my roommate and I, that would be great as well.

Security Deposit:
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, so IF you move in past the 1st, you will NOT need to pay the full month's rent. I will pay the full rent, but will accurately calculate the amount for the rest of the month.
Whatever this amount is, will be your "security deposit." You will simply be putting down the amount for that month's rent. This should be paid at the latest 24 hours before your move-in date.
Ex; You cannot move in until March 12th. ($1,098/31 <mark class="text_diff">days) x 20 days = $708.39. You would be paying this amount before you'd move in on the 12th.
This DOES NOT apply if you end up moving in on the 1st of the month. It will simply be $1,098 going toward the first month of rent.

This is a double occupancy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom and bathroom will be shared as well as the common spaces; the area circled on the floor plan will be your space. Alight Fullerton is a perfect place for CSUF students who want the convenience of living off-campus, yet still within walking distance from the campus. It is about a 5-8 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk) to the front of the CSUF campus. It is convenient because you don't have to deal with the pesky college campus parking structures. Alight is also 1.9 miles, or about a 5 minute drive, away from Fullerton College.

The unit is located on the highest floor, the 4th floor, in a quiet corner right near one of the elevators for easy access.

The apartment comes pre-furnished with a Twin XL bed, a large desk, and four drawers under the bed. In your room, you will have your own bed, desk, closet, as well as your own sink and cabinet space. The living room comes with a couch, coffee table, TV stand, and TV. Though you will be sharing the toilet/shower, you will have your own sink.

Amenities include two pools, two gyms, a parking structure with 7 floors, common areas, and study spaces with printers, couches, etc. In the apartment, there is air conditioning, heating, and in-unit laundry. About 5 days a week, there is valet trash, which means you may put the trash outside, and they pick it up for you.

Roommate info:
The room will be shared with one girl. There are two other girls in the second bedroom. Everybody is very nice and welcoming, very calm and sweet. We are all POC. I will give you more information once we come in contact.
