Looking for a female roommate to share a cozy apartment at Nutwood East. The apartment is across from CSUF and features an unfurnished private room and a shared bathroom. Rent is $950 per month, excluding utilities. We offer free WiFi for your convenience.
The current tenants are two female college students who prioritize a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment. Our apartment is suitable for college students or working professionals.
The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared spaces so we prefer to keep them clean. You can share fridge space with us.
Please note that smoking/vaping is not allowed, and we kindly request that you do not bring any pets. Additionally, we prefer to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, so parties and overnight guests are not permitted.
We are located near the on-site laundry facilities. The apartment also has a pool. If you require parking, please note that it is an additional charge determined by the leasing office.
