5. This is my quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 car garage (some extra room available for storage in the garage) and I'm renting 1bedroom (12' 4" x 11' 9")-1 private bath and garage parking to ONE person only. Includes kitchen use, laundry in unit, private bath.

4. The rent is $750/month with a $750 security deposit (not used for last months rent). Utilities average $100/month (gas-electric-water/trash-wifi)

3. This being SpareRoom I never give out my address or phone number until we meet somewhere public for both our safety. I also require a credit/employment/background check. In over 15 years I've only had female roommates and never had any problems.
