- I buy detergent, soap, toilet paper and paper towels for the house
- I try to clean/sanitize communal area bi-weekly, the others sometimes would do their share

Area: 5 minutes or less
-405 freeways

-Crunch fitness, 24 hr fitness

-There are 4 people living in the house (3 male, 1 Female). All around 30's year old, residing here for 2-6 years
-We are working professionals and private

-I've lived here since 1998. I know my neighbors. Everyone is friendly and polite but private.

Potential renters requirements:
- Proof of job +30hrs
- 2 recent pay stubs
- Government Information for soft credit check, credit score (+700) and background check
- Month to month signed lease agreement
- first and last month rent required at signing
- rent is due 1st day of the month
