Hello! My name is Linze, and I am offering a comfortable and welcoming roomstay experience in my 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in beautiful Foothill Ranch, California. The renter will have their own private bedroom and private bathroom, along with shared access to the living room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces

My home is clean, peaceful, and located in a safe neighborhood with great access to parks, shopping, and transportation. I have a few friendly pets who live here as well, so animal-loving people tend to enjoy it here

One of the highlights of the home is the outdoor yard area, which includes a table, chairs, an umbrella, and a small garden — a perfect place to relax or enjoy the SoCal weather.
