Room is currently occupied (sorry, no pictures) but will be available 1/1/26.
Half of the security deposit will need to be provided ($1500).
2nd Story Condo (stairs).
Good sized room (167 sqft) with your own bathroom just outside the door.
Washer/Dryer in unit.
Shared furnished living room and dining room.
Shared kitchen with refrigerator, and dishwasher cabinets and storage.
Utilities are not included in the rent and are typically $150/mo with no AC, $250/mo with AC (2 months of the year).
You will need to be on the lease in order to get a parking permit, which is required in this gated community.
No drugs, no smoking, no pets, overnight guests are okay as long as it is infrequent.
Community offers access to a decent gym, two pools, a tennis court (extra points if you play tennis), and parking for tenants is never an issue.
Guest parking is a little inconvenient, but there are temporary passes to use for occasions.

If you pay rent reliably, respect the property and furniture, clean up after yourself in the common areas and keep things drama-free, and it'll be a pleasant and easy living situation for both of us.
