I have a fully furnished room, by the beach, in Huntington Beach Downtown. It’s a large room, about 145 sq. ft., with a comfortable queen bed, full desk, dresser, smart TV with Netflix and Prime, full length closet, 500+ Mbs wi-fi, ceiling fan and light. You’ll have full use of all common areas! Friends always welcome but should not appear to be living here. This first floor apartment offers a laundry, BBQ, and patio just outside the front door.

The Beach is 2 blocks away, and you can be there to sun, swim, and surf, within a 3 min walk!
The location provides 2 convenience markets, Mexican restaurant, within 2 blocks. Downtown is only a 10 min walk with restaurants, shopping, farmer’s market, and major activities/events year-round. (Surf City USA) a major shopping area is within a mile!

Being at the beach, the temperature remains considerably cooler than inland, which can be very hot! When it’s in the 70’s here, it’s usually in the 90’s or more there! AC is needed even a mile inland, while here at the beach, we use fans to maintain a “breeze”!

Everything, except your personal stuff, is included. Rent is $1350/month with a $500 security deposit.
