Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to fill one of 3 rooms in my 3b 2b townhouse. May consider a 3rd?

I am a few short blocks to the beach, Main Street and Pacific City, located in downtown Huntington Beach, in a gated community. The property has a wrap around fenced in backyard, private entrance to your room, private bathroom, full house privileges, 2 car garage with storage, extra fridge, washer/dryer. Plenty of parking.
5 pools, jacuzzi, clubhouse and a sand volleyball court. Neighborhood ideal to live the beach lifestyle. I’m easy going, laid back and looking for the same.
