Hello! Room for rent! Available JUNE 1st! We're looking for a Clean, Quiet, & Responsible FEMALE roommate, age 40-50 yrs old. Unfurnished room for rent with shared bathroom in a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom townhome. Great neighborhood just outside of Downtown Huntington. It's just a 10min. bike ride to the beach! Must have credit score of 750, make net income of $3350/month, have a full-time job, pay rent & bills on time, and gel well with the other 2 female roommates. This is not a party house. We do our socializing outside of the house. This is the perfect space to come home to unwind, relax, & recharge. We are active, always in and out, and looking for someone who is the same.
No Pets.
No Parties.
No smoking of any kind in house or on premises.
