Townhouse (4b/4b) looking for new housemate

We are a household of three working professionals, looking for a new housemate for the vacant room!

You will be sharing the bathroom with another male housemate. The room is $1,100 per month, available starting from August 1st. All utilities included (high-speed internet, electricity, gas, water)

Place also includes:
- in-unit washer/dryer
- furnished living room/dining room/kitchen/patio/ rooftop/ BBQ
- street parking

The complex is a walking distance to Downtown Anaheim and Anaheim Packing House. 6 min away from Disneyland Park, 9 min from Angel Stadium. Community amenities include fire pits, grills, pizza oven, swimming pool, jacuzzi.

We are looking for a housemate who is a working professional, light-cooker, mature, clean, responsible, and easy-going. No pets, no drugs, no smoking.

If you are interested, we can schedule a showing visit. Then you will need to fill in an application form and provide proof of income. Please be prepared to pay $45 fee for a background/credit check before we can finalize the agreement. One month rent for security deposit and renter’s insurance expected.
