We are renting out a room with a private bathroom and entry, for 1 person. House is in central Anaheim, off of Anaheim Blvd and South Street, not far from the Packing District.
It is a 4 bedroom/2 bath house. My dad, who is retired, lives there. And, another room will likely be rented out this Spring so at most, you would have 1-2 roommates. My dad is very chill and respectful and is often out. His first language is Spanish but he can communicate in English. You would have access to the living room and kitchen. Street parking and no laundry on site but there is a laundromat a couple of minutes away.
We are looking for someone stable, responsible, and clean. The house is a little older but clean, quiet, and safe. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS. No parties or long term guests.
