Seeking an easy going female who is quiet, neat, mindful. Single occupancy only. Bedroom boasts a skylight, luxury queen size mattress, sitting room with SMARTv and private bathroom w/tub. Access to pool and jacuzzi. All utilities, Wi-fi and parking permit included. Also included in your suite are a mid-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bath towels and bedding are also provided if needed. Access to cozy, backyard with barbeque. I am not vegan, but prefer a raw foods diet. I have a daily meditation and yoga practice and see my living space as a sanctuary to share. This is a small, residential community that cherishes our peace and safety. There is easy access to PCH, the 5 fwy and the Toll Roads. 2- 3 month lease to start, with option to renew to 6 months or 1 year if it works out. $25 application fee and references required.
