Average size room for rent with a separate private bathroom in a cozy condo. Room comes with reserved parking space. Also, the room can come semi furnished or unfurnished. Unit has washer/dryer. All house privileges. We have a lovely patio space that is really nice in warmer months. There is a community pool/jacuzzi along with tennis courts and basketball courts. The condo is an end unit and therefore is very private. Walking distance to the beach and harbor.
Ideally I am looking for a short term renter (6 months) but will consider long term for the right person.
Looking for someone low key, quiet and respectful.
Myself (59) and my son (22) currently reside here. We are very low key and enjoy where we live. Also we have a small dog that is part of the family.
