It has a casual California zen vibe style. A wrap around backyard patio with ocean and clubhouse views. Tenants take scheduled turns cleaning the common areas.

About us:
We are quiet, friendly, tidy and considerate. Females in our 50’s. We socialize outside the home.

Requirements: Background/credit checked. Security deposit is $2,000 (which can be used towards last month’s rent pymt) is required at or before the time of move-in. Prefer 1 year or 6 month lease.
