I'm looking for a quite, reliable, non-smoker to share a Cypress apartment. Your medium-sized bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, & a balcony. We would share the living room and kitchen.

The apartment is located in a quiet gated community w. a pool, pool house, communal on-site laundry room, and secure off-street garage parking. Cypress Community College & an Albertsons supermarket are within 12-minutes walking distance.

I'm a college prof. who is resident in the apartment only on weekdays and during term-time. The HOA, internet, and water bills are paid by me. You and I would split the gas and electricity bills.
