Bathroom is shared with only one other room, who are respectful, and extremely clean. They are also only their on the weekdays and gone every weekend. Mother and daughter and they are rarely home. We’re looking for someone who appreciates and maintains the same level of cleanliness.

This is a large home with lots of space, located on a quiet, hidden residential street. Two living rooms, two patio's on different sides of the house. You'll have full use of the house rather than feeling confined to your bedroom.

The atmosphere is relaxed and respectful. We don't believe in creating a long list of unnecessary house rules. The expectation is simple: respect the home, respect everyone's belongings, clean up after yourself, and be responsible for your guests.

Current roommates are generally late 30s and older, responsible, independent, and early risers. The house naturally becomes quiet around 10–11 PM, and everyone tends to have their own schedules, so it's actually rare for everyone to be home at the same time.
We're ideally looking for a mature, responsible adult or responsible young professional who wants a comfortable place to settle into long-term.

🐶 PETS CONSIDERED!
We're open to pets after meeting them. This can be an amazing setup for someone with a dog.
There is currently an older female dog in the home who is over 5 years old, sweet, and very well trained.
Dogs must be spayed/neutered, well behaved, and able to get along with the other dog in the home.
I personally had three dogs while living here, and the roommates have always been wonderful with them—letting them outside when needed and occasionally spoiling them with treats and attention.
