1bed 1bath nice area in Costa Mesa

Hi, we're three young professionals in our mid twenties to early thirties who are looking for someone to fill a room in our four-bedroom condo starting in August. Currently living there are 3 men living here.

Rent for the room is $1050 per month with a $1000 deposit, and the lease is month to month. However, we do prefer applicants who are looking to stay here long term and not leave after a few months. There is no application fee, but you must have good credit and pass a background check.
Our apartment is located near Harbor and Hamilton in a small complex, close to Triangle square. Newport Beach is a 10 min car ride away and within bike riding distance. The room is clean, unfurnished, recently renovated, approximately 117 square ft., has a private bath, and a mirror sliding closet. The shared living space includes the living room and kitchen which are already furnished. You would just be responsible for furnishing your room. There is no laundry room in the unit but the complex has a laundry room on site ($1.00 to wash and $0.75 to dry). Our unit is located right next to the laundry room which is very convenient. Utilities per person for the condo are approximately $100-175
a month. We split electricity, gas, water, and internet and we also take turns purchasing supplies for the kitchen (paper towel, dish soap, trash bags, etc). Since the unit is a four bedroom, we insist on applicants being neat and clean in the common areas, making sure to clean up after you cook. The room comes with one private parking spot on site (uncovered). Guest parking is no issue as there is street parking all around.
