I'm moving into a 3 bedroom place but only want to share with 1 other person. The third bedroom is an office / spare room.
You'll be sharing the house with myself and my 8yo Boxer mix dog.
Sweet friendly energetic boy who will probably like you more than he likes me. The dog is 100% my responsibility so I don't except you to help out, however it would be nice to find someone who wouldn't mind taking him out and feeding him one in a while if I get in a bind.
I'm a male professional who doesn't work from home and travels a lot for work, essentially a lot of the time you'll have the place to yourself. I enjoy getting out of the house, working out, beach, running and taking my dog places.
Looking for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, has a stable job, not a party person, non-smoker, not weird, can hang but also doesn't need to all the time, clean, quiet and respectful.
Place will be fully furnished, your room has the option to be furnished or not furnished.
