We're both clean, respectful of shared spaces, and friendly without being in your business. Guests welcome.

The location
Eastside Costa Mesa is one of the best pockets in OC for this price. From the front door:

Walking distance to Hola Adios Coffeeshop, plus Kingdom Coffee, Chailo, and Freelance Coffee Project all within a mile or so
Quick drive or short bike ride to 17th Street's restaurants and bars (Crack Shack, Lemon & Thyme, etc.)
Bike ride to Newport Beach Pier and the boardwalk (~3 miles, mostly flat)
Castaways Park and the Back Bay trails are close for runs and walks
Easy access to the 55 and PCH

Looking for
Someone clean, employed, and respectful. Ideally 25+, drama-free, no pets. We're not looking for a party house but we're not boring either — happy to grab a beer in the jacuzzi or hit some balls in the sim, or just do our own thing.
