Hi! I’m moving out and helping find a female (20 to 35 years old) to take over my room in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment.

- Private bedroom + private bathroom
- Unfurnished
- About 1,000 sq ft apartment
- Central AC, fireplace, wet bar, good storage
- Laundry on-site + pool
- Available resident + guest parking

Location is really convenient — close to UCI, OCC, South Coast Plaza, Balboa, The Camp, etc.

Rent is about $1,600/month (includes base rent, renters insurance, and internet). Utilities are separate.

Move-in would be mid-April and April rent would be prorated.

You’d be living with one female roommate.
