Please note: your bedroom will need furnishing - the photos attached to this posting are from the apartment website. I’ve lived here for the last two years and honestly love this place! The location is super convenient - the complex sits right behind The Lab, across from The Camp, and just a few minutes from Metro Pointe and South Coast Plaza. There are tons of food spots, grocery stores, gas stations, and little conveniences nearby, most within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is really well-kept, with clean walkways and lots of greenery.

It’s a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the second floor with a balcony off the living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The complex also has several laundry rooms, small gyms, and two pools - the closest one has a jacuzzi.

You’d get a private, unfurnished bedroom, your own full bathroom (with a tub!), and a walk-in closet all to yourself.

Must be able to make the monthly payments on time. Full month’s rent will be due at move-in (utilities are separate from the listed rent). Bills pricing varies month to month, but expect anywhere between $130-$200.

I’m a 30yo female, working full time and usually in the office Tuesday–Thursday from 8am–4:30pm. I’m hoping to find not just a roommate, but someone I can also be friendly and comfortable with :)

My brother needs help homing his sweet cat, the cat does not live here yet — but will likely be here by the end of March!
