Master bedroom w private bath

I am renting a large master bedroom with large walk-in closet, private bath with double sink, and patio in 2-bedroom first floor apartment with washer and dryer in unit and central A/C available April 1. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished with new furniture and 80-foot flat-screen TV. The complex has amazing amenities: full gym (multiple rooms), rock climbing wall, pool tables, very nice clubhouse, movie theatre, 3 pools with hot tubs, and multiple grills. Great for bbqs and entertaining guests. Apartment complex is walking distance to Southcoast Plaza, Philz Coffee, Starbuck’s, and many restaurants and bars.
