Spare bedroom/bathroom near John Wayne Airport

We (couple in our 30s) are staying in a townhome near the intersection of 405 and 55, but our roommate had to leave. The room has a bed left from the home owners and an extra TV that belongs to us, but besides that, it's unfurnished. The bathroom is right next to the room, and it would be entirely yours as we have our own bathroom.

We have an attached garage with parking space for your vehicle, washer and dryer in the apartment, and you're welcome to use our kitchen appliances (air fryer, food processor, etc.). There's no yard, only a patio area, but the property has access to tennis courts and two pools / hot tubs. We're also incredibly close to an area that has a lot of nightlife with bars and breweries if that's your scene.

My spouse and I occupy the other rooms and downstairs. We both tend to be night owls, big into various hobbies (gaming, art, music, etc). Additionally, even before moving to California, our household has always been queer and colorful, so we're happy to share a space with anyone as long as we're able to be open and communicate.
