My name is Mehdi. My roommate and myself have an open spot in our 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Apt off of E. Bay Street and looking for 1 more roommate for this upcoming year! Looking for men 20s-30s who are pet friendly and chill to fill this vacancy. Rent is $1200/Mo + Utilities. Room is roughly 11x10 (small), HOWEVER we are in a prime location 5 minutes from the Newport Bars, and 10 minutes to John Wayne Airport.
